Such a comfortable room, spacious and clean with soothing design. Enjoyed my stay very much! I will choose this hotel again if I come KK hopefully in near future, as itโ€™s really value for money. The staff were polite and friendly too. Great location as well to good variety of food and nearby to Suria Sabah Shopping Center.

Enjoyable!

It was my second staying at the hotel, and I like its location and the staff, but my room on 2nd floor was quite smelly this time. it reeked of cigarette smoke. Besides this issue, I enjoyed my off-days in Hotel Sixty3 and Kota kinabalu.

Great location in KK

The hotel is perfectly located in Central KK, within walking distance of almost everything. All off the staff were outstanding! Very friendly, well trained and accommodating. My only small complaint would be the internet which was in and out. Frustrating. Itโ€™s possible that was due to us being in a corner room. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel and am hopeful rato visit again.

The night we checked in, the woman on duty soent the whole time on the phone, never smiled and left it to him to check us in. Yet he kept asking her? He took 40 RM hotel tax (10 a night) in CASH. I asked for a Receipt, never got one, afain he asked her, she would not help. Room was very hot and humid, nobody had cooled the room down even though I clearly advised our arrival time. ALL ELSE was Very Good, everybody lovely staff, great location, hotel has chalm and all staff always wanted to help (except tge second time I saw the same woman, again she refused to smile ๐Ÿ˜ƒ. So overall very happy apart from arrival etc. Hotel probably needs some care as built in 1963.
