Good restaurant, staff and amenities. Great location with market across the road.
Only negative is the flight path over the top of the building which does stop before midnight. Excessive noise of party goers but it was a saturday night.

Property was sufficient for our needs.
However, the beach side area was in pretty poor condition. Unbelievable that towels were not available on several occasions.
The rooms bathroom also needs a good renovation.
The staff were very helpful and friendly

The major drawback is that rooms close to the beach suffer from noise from the beach including loud music and crowds talking loudly until 2:30 am every night. Try to book a room away from the beach.
