This beautiful beach villa is located on the west coast of Koh Samui, Lipa Noi beach. The west coast is the coast where the sun sets, so you can watch the best sunsets each and every day.

The Villa itself is walled and covers a plot of land of 300 m2. The villa itself is approximately 120 m2 in area.

The Villa consists of a large living room with dining area and sitting area and an open kitchen.

In addition, there are two bedrooms, both air-conditioned, and private bathrooms for complete privacy. One bedroom is on one side of the living room and the other bedroom on the other side of the living room. Both bedrooms have access to the terrace and swimming pool.

Within the perimeters of the house you will find a spacious terrace and your own private swimming pool with adjoining Sala . It is surrounded by tropical plants such as palms, bougainvillea and Francipani. There are sun loungers and a seating / dining area on the terrace.

Around this Villa you will find sufficient facilities such as restaurants and beach clubs. Within walking distance you will find Big John Seafood, a renowned restaurant specialized in seafood but also a very complete other list. Also there is a mini market in walking distance of the house.

You will also find the well-known Nikki Beach CLub on Lipa Noi as well. This club with locations in Monaco, Miami and Marrakech is on 2 minutes by car. It's no coincidence that NIkki Beach Club landed on Lipa Noi. It is because of the beautiful beach !!!

Lipa Noi is further characterized by many palm trees and nature. It is not fully built like the east coast which naturally benefits the peace and nature. There is also much less pollution and odor nuisance, as is often the case on Chaweng. You will fully relax overhere.

The beach of Lipa noi is one of the most beautiful on the island. The beach is also very suitable for children because it ends slowly and the sea is not deep at the same time. Children and adults can enjoy a good swim here. Beach has beautiful white sand and is relatively wide.

Overall the property was perfect for us. Great location quiet and out of the way.

A few issues. The property is a little tired. We self cater most of the time. No hot water at the kitchen sink. Knives forks spoons were very tired again bent tongs on the forks only 2 knives. Towels were wearing through. Spoke to Chris who looks after the property he dealt with all of our concerns straight away even had a plumber round to fit new tap and run hot water to the sink. So can't complain really. Just did not expect this.

Our 4th time staying didn’t disappoint

We have been coming to Marco’s property every time we come to Koh Samui. Even though the location is a bit far from restaurants and supermarkets we have always enjoyed that side of the island. It’s quiet and close to the beach. The house has everything we need and we love using the pool and the BBQ. Thank you, Marco, Christophe and Khun Prem for your hospitality!

It is great for guests with dogs and is spotlessly clean. Easy walking distance to two beaches and restaurants, again all dog friendly. The villa is great for relaxing, swimming and bbqs etc. Host is very professional.

Excellent value for the money

Marco’s Villa has exceeded our expectations. It is located in a quiet area of the island where you can enjoy nature walks but you can also find everything you need. Christophe and K. Prem were super helpful and prompt. The unit has everything you need, it’s clean and has all the amenities to entertain children. We love the little pool. And the best of all, it’s pet friendly. Perfect stay

Property was exactly as described, clean and comfortable, the welcome package of drinks, fruit and snacks very good and appreciated. Outside area had enough space for us and the pool was clean and lovely to take a dip into after exploring the island. The location was also quiet but had easy access to a few restaurants and a family mart. On island contact Chris was friendly and available if needed. Overall lovely stay and a great base for either exploring the island or relaxing by the beach or pool. Would be very happy to stay if we return to Samui.

Beautiful place

Highly recommend if you want to get away from it all but close to the beach. Had not realized how far away most everything was but did not disrupt our holiday one bit as taxis are readily available. Loved it!

Beautiful villa

This villa is beautiful, I highly recommend it. The living area and kitchen is very spacious, it's like a little house. TV and movies etc available is great (ideal for us because it rained a few days and we were trapped in). The aircon is spot on (only in bedrooms but it's cool enough with the fan in the kitchen etc.) The bathrooms are partially outdoors which was a little shock but not an issue at all, very clean and nice look bathrooms. The pool area is also great. The location is really good for the beach, around the corner from the villa a 2 minute walk. It is bit out of the way, so recommend getting a motor bike/ scooter and there. There are some restaurants, shops, excursion and massage places around but not loads. There aren't any bars around and the nearest place is Lamai which is about (600 THB) one way. It's very relaxing and a nice chilled out place, if you want peace and quiet then I highly recommend. If you want a busier nightlife, it might not be for you. The caretaker Chris was lovely and very helpful, could always get in touch with him easily and replied straight away even later on the night.

Voelt als thuis komen

Heel vriendelijk ontvangen door Chris en zijn vrouw, zelf de koelkast was gevuld met koud drinken en ijsjes in de vriezer en gratis drinkwater tijdens het verblijf. De bedden zijn uitstekend zoals wij in nederland gewend zijn. Kortom alles is aanwezig wat je thuis ook gewend bent. Heerlijk zwembad met bbq en geeft je echt een vakantie gevoel. De omgeving is authentiek thais je bevind je tussen de locals en geen drukte van toertistme. Strand is nog geen 3 min lopen en genoeg eet en drink gelegenheid op loop afstand. Schoonmaak van het huis en zwembad word in overleg gedaan perfect geregeld. Een dikke 10 dus een locatie om nooit te vergeten en zeker terug te komen.

Ich kann mich der Meinung der VorgĂ€nger vorbehaltlos anschliessen. Auch wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und fĂŒhlten uns sehr wohl. Einzig der hin und wieder störende BaustellenlĂ€rm war eine kleine BeeintrĂ€chtigung. Des Weiteren ist man tatsĂ€chlich auf einen Roller oder ein Auto angewiesen, wenn man auch nur kleine Unternehmungen machen will.

Ein StĂŒck Paradies zum Erholen und Faulenzen. Ohne gegenĂŒberliegende Baustelle wĂ€re es noch schöner gewesen. Etwas abgelegen, aber das wollten wir so ja auch um dem Massen-tourismus aus dem Weg zu gehen. Ein gemieteter Roller hat einiges einfacher gemacht. Der Pool ist gross genug, braucht aber eine Sanierung, da viele Fugenanteile fehlen. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Meine Frau und ich waren 14 Tage auf Koh Samui. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen. Alles war perfekt organisiert und bei unserer Ankunft vorbereitet. Wir hatten eine Abholung vom Flughafen zum Haus mit einem privaten Fahrer ĂŒber CHRIS vereinbart, um dem Ärger mit den Taxigangs aus dem Weg zu gehen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer schönen Wohngegend abseits des Rummels und man kann dort wirklich ausspannen und relaxen. Zum Meer und zum Strand sind es zu Fuß nur 2 Minuten. Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Alle Dinge, die man sich wĂŒnscht, waren vorhanden. Die KĂŒche war komplett ausgestattet, das gilt auch fĂŒr die ElektrogerĂ€te. Von der KĂŒhl-Gefrierkombination bis zum Mixer war alles vorhanden . Es gab einen TV mit deutschen und internationalen Sendern. In jedem Raum eine separat regelbare Klimaanlage und 2 schöne Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten und je einem eigenen Bad. Auch den Pool und die Außenterrasse haben wir sehr genossen. Unser spezieller Dank gilt CHRIS dem Manager vor Ort, er hat sich liebevoll um uns gekĂŒmmert und war jederzeit fĂŒr uns erreichbar und hat alles sehr professionell erledigt. ........................................................... My wife and I stayed on Koh Samui for 14 days. We really enjoyed staying in the villa. Everything was perfectly organized and prepared upon our arrival. We arranged a pick up from the airport to the house with a private driver through CHRIS to avoid the hassle of the taxi gangs. The house is very quiet in a beautiful residential area away from the hustle and bustle and you can really unwind and relax there. It is only a 2-minute walk to the sea and the beach. Nothing was missing in the house. All the things you could want were there. The kitchen was fully equipped, including the electrical appliances. From the fridge-freezer to the mixer, everything was there . There was a TV with German and international channels. In each room a separately adjustable air conditioning and 2 beautiful bedrooms with comfortable beds and a private bathroom. We also really enjoyed the pool and the outdoor terrace. Our special thanks go to CHRIS, the manager on site, he lovingly looked after us and was always available for us and did everything very professionally.

Schöne Villa

Wir haben die Villa fĂŒr 2 Wochen gebucht. Wir sind als Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern angereist. Die Snacks, GetrĂ€nke und das Obst zum Einzug, das Eis im Gefrierfach waren super. Haben uns sehr darĂŒber gefreut. Die Villa ist sehr gerĂ€umig und bietet viel Platz zum Spielen fĂŒr die Kinder. Der Pool war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die KĂŒche gab alles her, was man zum kochen braucht. Die Villa war sauber, der wöchentliche Putzservice hat uns auch gut gefallen. Der einzige negative Punkt an der Villa war fĂŒr uns die Lage. Ohne fahrbaren Untersatz ist mit etwas aufgeschmissen. Es ist zwar ein kleiner Supermarkt und Restaurants in der NĂ€he, allerdings sind sehr viele SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten mindestens eine halbe Stunde entfernt. Man fĂŒhlt sich schon etwas ab vom Schuss. Wer damit kein Problem hat, ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

Fantastische Villa

Une agréable et calme villa

La villa est conforme aux photos, lumineuse, bien Ă©quipĂ©e et entourĂ© d'un petit jardin avec piscine. Le mĂ©nage pourrait ĂȘtre un peu plus poussĂ© dans les sanitaires et derriĂšre les meubles. Le mobilier est fatiguĂ© mais tout a fait fonctionnel. La villa est situĂ©e dans un lotissement sĂ©curisĂ© entourĂ© d'autres jolies propriĂ©tĂ©s proche de la plage. NĂ©anmoins, la plage est partiellement privatisĂ©e, un panneau au dĂ©but du chemin vous fait clairement comprendre d'aller voir un peu plus loin... Une supĂ©rette FamilyMart est accessible Ă  pied (pas de lĂ©gumes, pas de viandes mais des snacks, glaces, boissons ...). Beaucoup d'excellents restaurants se trouvent Ă  proximitĂ©.

Superbe villa parfaitement conforme Ă  l’annonce. C’était notre petit jardin secret, sans vis Ă  vis, l’endroit est tranquille et bien entretenu. La piscine est de taille parfaite et s’y baigner est un dĂ©lice, et Ă  toute heure ! Nous avons Ă©tĂ© bien accueillis par Christophe qui s’avĂšre en plus parler français. Nous avions quelques boissons fraĂźches et des fruits pour nous accueillir, nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ©. La literie est trĂšs bien, le linge est propre et frais, la villa est parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e. Nous n’y avons trouvĂ© aucun dĂ©faut ! Bien sĂ»r, la cerise sur le gĂąteau, on est situĂ© Ă  deux pas de la plage. Si nous devions revenir Ă  Koh Samui, nous reprendrions la mĂȘme location !
