The room was spotless and was always made up very quickly. I would say that the bed needs to be replaced. It is very hard and has large divets that made it impossible to get comfortable. Everything else was wonderful including every staff member we encountered!

Our room was very clean, 2 complimentary bottles of water given every day of our stay and a change of towels too. The jacuzzi in the room did not work for the 3 first days; however, staff fixed it. The staff is very good in particularly Tik that checked up on us every day and was always very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing and the infinity pool with a view to the beach could not be any better. Night market and shops very close to the hotel. We had a great time.

Lovely stay at Pavilion Samui

Had a lovely time at Pavilion Samui Villas, staff were super attentive, hotel facilities really good and location close to the night market and plenty of restaurants nearby was great. Having direct access to the beach was also brilliant - it was very clean and plenty of sun loungers available. Our room was comfortable, good WiFi access and of course AirCon which is an essential. Areas of the hotel are perhaps a bit tired in places and could do with some TLC but I always think you have to allow a bit of flexibility on this and it certainly wasn't to the extent whereby it affected our enjoyment of our stay.

Great location on the beach. Night market next door, beach bars each way. Plunge pool not very big, or private, but was good to have. I would stay again.

This place is a 2 star hotel. The lay out of the facility is horrible. The beach has zero staff for towells, No security at all. Anyone can get into this place at anytime. Beds are hard and uncomfortable and don't recommend.
