Staffs were very helpful and friendly. We booked our room with half board and the food was very delicious and good quality. We loved the location as the lake was right in front of the hotel and the Mt Fuji is right in the back of our hotel.

Staff was helpful from the start. Hotel provides courtesy shuttle to the hotel from Kawaguchiko station. Staff welcomes you into the hotel and guide you to your room. Staff will explain how to use any amenities such as the open air bath. Our room used a futon and a staff will come by and set up the room. Much like other reviews, hotel is outdated and quite far from any convenience store or restaurant.

We stayed at the Lakeland Hotel for 2 nights, including half board. Both the Dinner and Breakfast were amazing, with great presentation and variety. The service was good, and the Hotel shuttle to the local station made it much easier for us to visit Mount Fuji.
