The hospitality is top notch here. This villa has an airb&b vibe. It is not as fancy as other hot spring hotels but if you are looking for a family place that is quiet and relax, this is the place. The front desks were so helpful. We received a binder on where to go, food options, etc. And he even helped us figuring out how to get to our next destination. I will definitely stay here again.

This is an amazing stay experience, from check in to stay in the room, to the friendly and helpful staff and the services till the check out and the shuttle service. Everything is good and makes a wonderful and comfortable stay. I and my family will definitely come back again. This hotel has the best location to see the Mountain Fuji.

My wonderful experience at Lake Villa Kawaguchiko

I normally don't leave reviews but this is an exception. The village was amazing. Aesthetically it's gorgeous, the view of mount Fuji was breathtaking, the house is clean and has many amenities. A big plus is that the owners know English and they helped us a lot finding places to eat and gave us a lot of useful advices on where to go and what to see in the Kawaguchiko area. Overall an amazing experience and I can't recommend enough.

We had such a pleasant stay at Lakevilla Kawaguchiko! The place we stayed at was so clean, comfortable and came with everything, including a kitchen, dining area and living room. The whole area was so peaceful and safe with a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi nearby. Most importantly was the hospitality and excellent service we have received.
