Mini bar was failing and took 3 days to get replaced. Generally, we were very happy. The food was excellent and the entertainment / activities were of great interest for tourists.

Nice clean hotel, pool, food great location.

Pros: Old school charm and beautiful character of the early colonial influence.
Cons: Nil concerns.
Location: Most tourist attraction are close, however due to traffic and transport infastructure being average, it can take a little while to get places.
I recently stayed in this hotel for three nights the buffet breakfast was a good way to start the morning. The Pepper's restaurant has a wide and varied selection of food on the menu from several different cultures. I had three different Indian meals across my stay and each was superb. Hotel staff were fabulous and took care of all my requests in a timely manner.The cocktail bar at night has a couple of local singers who provide a nice atmosphere for a cold beer and socialising. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Cochin.
