We have travelled through Europe for the past 4 weeks and stayed in some pretty impressive big name hotels along the way, but nothing compared to this. The staff are brilliant. They went out of their way to make our time at Nira Alpina the best possible, from the moment we met the lovely gentleman at the train station for our transfer to the moment we were dropped off at the station to go home. They really looked after us well! The hotel is in a great location and has great facilities. It is comfortable and clean. The views from both our room and other parts of the hotel were beautiful. We loved our time on the slopes and the convince of skiing to the door of our accommodation. The spa was a fantastic way to end the day. We were sad to leave Nira Alpina. We actually tried to extend our trip a few month ago but it was booked. We wished we had initially booked for longer!! It was one of our most favoured parts of our journey throughout Europe. We hope to return again, although Australia is such a long way and we aren't sure when we will make it back. Until then, we will hold onto our very fond memories. Thank you for making our holiday so incredible.

"We checked in around 1 am. There was no airport shuttle and we had to take a private taxi from airport 45 CHF. On arrival we were given rooms on the ground floor. Both the rooms had big spiders crawling around. There were cobwebs everywhere. Room was dirty and looked like no maintenance being done. ..."
