The Shoes off experience when you check in.. very Japanese. The ONSEN is amazing.. the Japanese breakfast is wonderful. Great location.

really enjoyed Toyoko Inn. This hotel branch ended up becoming my favorite. Always good service. Front desk was always helpful. They allowed us to drop our luggage bags before check in. I will definitely book more Toyoko Inn when i go back.

Very basic hotel. Friendly staff and a decent breakfast. Plumbing issues in bathroom console caused bathroom to constantly smell of sewage. Very hard mattress.

Take the Port Loop bus to reach hotel

Room is clean. Breakfast was good enough. Conveniently located, about 5 mins walk from Sannomiya station. If you alight at Shinkansen, just go to the bus terminal and take the "Port Loop" bus service to reach hotel, 2 stops only and it will be a 1 min walk from bus stop to hotel. Return trip you can decide to take the Port Loop bus or train back, bus stop is located nearer to Sannomiya station, 4 mins walk from hotel.

The room was so clean, and we were also surprised that the bathtub was quite bigger than the other Toyoko Inn hotels where we stayed 6 years ago. Always love the bed, and pillow of Toyoko inn hotels! They are just nice. Staffs were also very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is also so clean, and Sannomiya station is not very far from the hotel. We are definitely going to stay here again.

ホテルに到着したとき、前のお客さんが少しトラブっていたようで、カウンター内の方と、端末を挟んでもう1人が対応に当たられていました。 こちらとしては端末を使うかどうか分からず待っていたのですが、その後の対応が「チェックインですか？」…。 はぁ、まぁそうですが、それほど怒ってる程でもないお客様対応に2人ともかかりっきりになられ、こちらはおざなりにされた感がありました。 （余談ですが、前日に泊まったビジホはもっと長い間待たされましたが、その後の対応が非の打ち所が無く、逆にとても好印象だったため、その分 余計にガッカリしてしまいました。そこは申し訳ありません） 翌日の朝食も、女性の方が「満席なのでお部屋か相席で～」とずっと叫ばれていて、狭い中家族と離れて食べているのに、更に急かされ続けていたので、1日を気持ち良く始められませんでした。 次からはなるべく避けたいなと思ったので、星2で。
