The overall experience was satisfying :)! Though we didn’t expect that the facilities were a bit worn out and most staff members couldn’t speak English, the atmosphere the hotel gave us was quite cozy and calm. We loved the dinner and the breakfast which were beyond our expectations. Staff in the dining hall were very nice and friendly and some of them tried hard to speak English with us - respect and appreciate it!

I highly recommend booking the half board plan, as the meals are a true culinary experience. This is also a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself in Japanese culture. From the traditional meals and serene onsen to the refined atmosphere and heartfelt service, everything reflects the spirit of Japan. The hotel offers a convenient shuttle bus (better to book in advance), and there’s even a swimming pool if you feel like taking a dip. The location is quiet and scenic—perfect for a peaceful getaway. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s not just a stay—it’s a cultural experience, made truly memorable by the warmth and hospitality of the staff. I would love to return!
