It was a big room and relatively nice, but the furnishings were old, and there was heavy dust on one of the cabinet shelves. I would stay here again because the room rates were good and it was a nice area with all the shopping areas and restaurants. The subway station is an easy 2 - 3 minute walk.

Good value western hotel

We chose to stay here due to local priximity to our business in Miki. The hotel is good value for a Western style 'upscale' hotel. Room was spacious compared to many Ive had in Japan. Only downside was that the carpets in my room were badly stained. The breakfast buffet is good and has both western and Japanese options. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby. Very few English speaking people in this area.

A have stayed at this hotel everytime I have visited Kobe and feel that it keeps getting better. The service is great and the rooms are really spacious (unlike place else in Japan) and clean. Highly recommend staying here next time you are in Kobe.
