Comfy bed, good shower, spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Drip coffee machine in the room was a nice touch, better than the average instant stuff you get in most hotels in this price range. Great location very close to Kobe Chinatown, Kobe harbour land, Kobe Port Tower, Motomachi shopping street and Kobe station, they are all within easy walking distance. I just wish I had spent longer in Kobe as I only stayed for one night. I will stay there again when I return to Kobe for sure.

New and clean hotel near Chinatown which means the staff can speak chinese but cannot speak english (except for one of them) ... The breakfast is ok but lack of choice. You cannot even find some milk for kids there.
