Conveniently located for Sannomiya station, clean and spacious rooms, well-decorated. Only one minor downside being the humidifiers given out at the front desk weren’t as quiet or effective as those of other hotels I’ve stayed in recently. The English communication not too good and cannot express the essential. The location is far from the airport limo bus stop. It is not easy to drag big luggage to the bus stop without the help of a taxi. The hotel is not too helpful in getting a taxi, we have to do it ourselves, luckily the taxi driver understands our destination. On the whole, the staff are polite. Shower caps are not supplied.
