Disapointed in the pool, it is tucked away in a corner, and needs a lot of work to bring it up to standard. And no lounges to lay on in the area, and to had to access it by getting the lift to 22nd floor then climbing a flight of stairs to get to 23rd floor where the pool is! also the lighting in the room and bathroom were very dull, good breakfast, friendly staff, pianist in the dining area (Tim) in the afternoons was. very good. And in the evenings they had Karaoke it was fun.

Location was good, easy to find public transport. Great night life. Nice bar with live jazz music music downstairs. Once in your room you cannot hear the chaotic buzz of chinatown, very peaceful. Lovely stay.

Everyone was extremely professional, helpful, supportive, and very respectful. The hospitality was exceptional. The view was spectacular and we enjoyed every aspect of the hotel and staff.
