"Room on 2nd floor was ok, but had issues - cracked window, no hair dryer, no storage space in bathroom (a simple wall shelf would have been a major improvement), only one electrical outlet. The AC worked fine. TV worked fine after staff came and set it up (remote had no back with exposed batteries. ..."
