Check in was super easy and staff was really friendly. Love the pool and that it stays open until midnight. Long traveling with the kids they need to burn off energy. Beds were comfy and room was super clean.

Stains everywhere

Staff was friendly at check in. I had booked a ground floor room because my husband is a veteran with back problems but was given a room on the 5th floor. I didn’t complain because there was an elevator. Walking down the hallway to the room all the doors were stained and dented. Our room was clean, however, there were stains all over the couch chair, a few on the sheets and the caulking in the shower where the tile meets the shower floor. Wallpaper was torn in the bathroom and the toilet handle kept sticking. The sink above the mini fridge was crooked due be loose from the counter. The bed was as hard as the floor. There were stains throughout the hotel on the sitting chairs. It is a shame because the room was clean, however it had the feel of a roach motel due to all the stains and things falling apart. I would not have been able to stay more than one night. I feel as if this was once a beautiful hotel and sadly that is no longer the case.

Staff is phenomenal. Location was good. But I got the feeling that people are just coming in off the street and getting in the pool. It was extremely crowded and noisy but none the pool guest stayed in the hotel. Also, a room toilet flooded the entire floor we were on.

Staff went through my belongings and took money and other items out of my room. My room was rummaged! I complained and the staff put back $20 but I felt violated. They didn’t clean properly leaving garage behind. Not happy at all with the stay.
