It's a place where guests can gather for fun, relaxation, and engage in various recreational pursuits, such as playing games or watching TV.

Located in Kitty Hawk, OCTIPI Your SenSEAS is close to great local dining, shopping, and things to do. A short walk will bring you to Black Pelican, a historic landmark on the OBX with tasty meals as well! Longboards Island Grill, Stack'em High, and Hurricane Mo's are also close by as well. Kitty Hawk by the beach

Very nice condo at the beach with wonderful views of the ocean. Especially with the huge waves from Ernesto. Close walk to beach and lovely pool. Has everything we needed.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent and you can see the ocean really well from inside. It’s very clean and they have everything you need for cooking. Super spacious. Would definitely stay again.
