This is the ideal spot for your next family vacation on the Outer Banks!

Our views are spectacular because we are on the top floor – so although you’ll need to take some stairs to get there – the ocean views are worth it! You will love relaxing on the furnished deck, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee, sip an evening glass of wine, or watch your friends and family in the pool below.

Spread out over two stories, this third-floor condo boasts an open, sunlit floorplan with a well-equipped full kitchen, a dining area with seating for six, and a cozy living room with a TV to stream your favorite channels. With two bedrooms (king and queen beds), a loft (two twin beds), and two full bathrooms - there is plenty of room for the whole family!

While on the property, be sure to take advantage of the wide variety of resort amenities that include volleyball, tennis, ping pong, shuffleboard, basketball, a large pool and sunbathing deck with many lounge chairs and tables (along with a separate kiddie pool for the little ones), a snack bar, and a picnic area for summertime barbecues! We didn't spend time by the pool, but it was only because we were at the beach, shopping, sightseeing & attending a wedding! We can’t say enough good things!No Ducks Given gave us one of the most relaxing vacations we’ve had in a long time!An absolutely prime location, and wonderful condo and hosts!Situated on the northern end of Duck, you are right across the street from Sunset Grill & Raw Bar. The Waterfront Shops are a short walk south along with additional markets and restaurants!The condo itself is on the top floor with great pool and ocean views! The condo is clean and well cared for. You can tell that the owners care about their property and making their guests feel comfortable. It comes with amenities that make you feel right at home.The community has the outdoor pool along with the indoor pool and games at the rec center. In addition there are tennis courts, pickleball court, basketball court, beach volleyball, shuffle board, corn hole, etc.! Definitely a family oriented community!Finally, Cathi is one of the most attentive and kind people to speak with. She was quick to respond and assisted with great information for my travel planning as well as check-in and check-out procedures. Again, a wonderful experience all around and hope to be able to return to No Ducks Given many times over!

Stayed for a week and had a great time! The rental was spotless, one of the cleanest rentals we have ever had. The resort it sits in has live music, a huge pool, private beach access, cabana bar with food/drinks, and is super close to the heart of Duck. If you enjoy a lively experience, this is the place to stay. Communication from the owner was top notch! Highly recommend this location. Pro Tip: Since this a top floor rental, you get amazing views, two stories, loft etc. Also, it’s a lot of steps! So plan accordingly as there isn’t an elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The space was perfect for our family of 4. The hosts were very responsive to questions and accommodating. There was no detail unturned. We had everything we could need for a wonderful stay. This property was perfectly positioned to the amenities of the resort and within walking distance of area interests. The property and unit was perfect for our family of 4. The kids had a blast hanging out in the loft area. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were extremely comfortable, ac and Wi-Fi worked great as well. We also loved the proximity to the pool and beach. We had a great time, the home is comfortable and had everything we needed. In my opinion the building we stayed in is the best. It's right next to the pool and beach, perfect for our kids. We used the clubhouse and amenities..small gym with new equipment (gets the job done) I would recommend taking your own equipment if you play tennis or pickleball.
