Makai NéNé is a newly built home in Duck boasting upscale finishes and fresh design choices for the ultimate modern beach house experience. Situated on one of the highest elevations in the Jaycrest neighborhood, Makai NéNé offers ocean-to-sound horizon views from the rear deck for enjoying spectacular sunrises and sunsets. You'll find stunning hardwood floors throughout and custom tile work in all bathrooms - no carpet in this house! The reverse floorplan features a spacious top-level great room with a gas fireplace and direct access to the deck for effortless indoor/outdoor living. The casual, open-concept design allows for easy flow and sightlines from the living and dining areas to the kitchen, ideal for socializing and spending quality time with family and friends. The chef in your group will appreciate the gourmet kitchen's high-end appliances including a gas range and wine fridge. In the evenings, take a relaxing soak in the hot tub before heading off to bed. The top-level primary suite includes a luxurious private bath with double vanity, a freestanding soaker tub and custom-tiled walk-in shower with rainfall shower head. Three additional bedrooms are located downstairs, including a second king ensuite with fabulous clawfoot tub and rain shower.
