Come shoot some hoops, enjoy the lovely deck on a summer evening or take a dip in the community pool. Located in the Sea Ridge/Osprey community on the north end of Duck Village. Close enough for a walk or bike ride into town for a cool ice cream or morning paper and cup of coffee. N'or Banks Sailing Center is just across the street for Currituck Sound access and you'll have access to the community pool with changing area and restroom.

Totally enjoyed stay. Should have been a book to tell us WiFi information: totally missed it on refrigerator. Did not see password for pool area anywhere. Ice maker a great idea and helpful. Queen sheets did not fit master bedroom bed. Also listing stated 2 rooms with single beds only one room had single beds. Views from house great. Very comfortable furnishings. Thanks for letting us enjoy your home.

The location is great. A very short and safe walk to the beach. Two miles to the town board walk. The outside of the house needs some TLC. The porch and porch furniture could have used a power wash. There were weeds growing up through the picnic table and steps to the porch. There is a hole in one of the deck boards. Inside the house is perfectly laid out for 8 people. The kitchen could use new pots and pans. Several were ruined by shellfish skum.
