Upstairs - 1 Double bedroom and 1 King Room - recently decorated and furnished to a high standard. The bedrooms both feature a smart tv, ample storage for belongings and comfortable beds with clean fresh linen and fresh towels.
Downstairs - comfortable living room featuring a fold away dining table for guests convenience. The living room has 2 comfortable sofas, a smart tv, DVD player, board games, Orkney books and a cosy homely feel. Leading on from the living room you'll find the kitchen, which is well equipped with cooking utensils and equipment including an air fryer, hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. We have a range of dishes and cookware to allow guests to enjoy cooking home made meals. Also included is a washing machine. The bathroom is also located downstairs.
Outside we have a sheltered, sun trapping decking area which guests can enjoy. Wine and dine on the picnic table, or enjoy reading in the evening sun on one of the comfortable benches.
