Bad experience

Despite my reservation was made several months in advance, at my arrival they said the hotel was full and only room available was attached to the service area, ground floor. Very noisy, smells food all the time, not the best view of the hotel, to say the least. My room key did not work several times. Breakfast was ok. No parking available during my visit, many guests could not find a spot. Not my best experience with Holliday Inn.

The tvs need an upgrade. Why is it that in 2025 we are still doing pay to watch. Is this the 90s!! Do better Holiday inn!! We stayed in multiple other holiday inns, never had that issue!!

Our family Stayed for one night last week. The queen beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was good, I liked the oatmeal and the yogurts. Parking was additional ($6). The windows of the room was fixed not openable. Overall we like this Holiday Inn and will come again.

Enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn. Pool and hot tub were clean and well used. Outdoor patio was a nice touch. Breakfast was good and refilled frequently. Hotel room was clean and as pictured. Beds were comfortable. Extra blankets and pillows were available upon request. Location was great for food within walking distance. Would stay here again in the future

Excellent!

The breakfast that was offered was delicious! A wide variety of foods. Hot breakfast, cerals, yogurts, fruit, wide varitey of breads etc. Very good food! The customer service was amazing. I had several issues with my key card, they tired to fix the issues immediately! The beds... this is just my opinion. I like a soft squishy bed, the beds were a little on the hard side but again thats just my opinion. If you like a firmer mattress then its perfect. Overall, it was a great 3 day stay. Would definitely rebook when we go back to Kingston for several days again.

Nice big room and the breakfast was fantastic. Staff were all very friendly. We were there for 4 nights and the first couple of days they didn’t clean our room and never left enough towels, despite me leaving a note. Last day was better. I would stay again.
