The staff were great, helpful and efficient. The only issue was the traffic on the street makes it difficult to make a left turn out of the hotel. If you live in a less dense area, it is stressful to have such a steady stream of traffic as you exit the hotel parking. Outside of the hotel's control but an issue nonetheless.

Professionalism by staff was superb! The hotel was clean, quiet and felt safe. The rooms were modern, very clean, and no noise in the halls or from other rooms could be heard. The beds were so comfortable! I travel for work and will return for my next stay in November. 5 Star!

Beautiful room, very up to date and modern. Check in was tricky as the desk did not have our reservation made thru Hotels.com, but after 15 minutes it was sorted. Would have been nice to have free wifi without having to sign up for Hilton membership.
