Overall property was excellent. Front desk (Alicia) provided exceptional customer service. Disappointed that fresh towels were not provided daily and that information was not provided that rooms are only cleaned/attended every other day. Very pleased with the room itself.

Great place to stay!
We were in Kingsport for my Aunts funeral. After the service about 20 members of my family came back to the hotel and visited together in the lobby. The staff were wonderful even when the smaller children got a little loud.
