Hot tub heater wasn’t turned on and concierge kept telling us the water bubbles were steam coming out! Was ice cold and she kept wasting my time telling me it would get warmer later but it never did . Took bath tub bath and found pubic hair from the previous bather. Will never go back. It was a horrible experience.

Clean, nice breakfast. Staff was not great. They tell you to text if you have any questions. I text to ask if the pool is open because it was locked. They say yes and then I tell them it is locked. 24 hours later they text and say they know. There was one nice lady that works there and she was so very cheerful and helpful. As we were leaving the front desk ladyl was rude to another guest. I felt sorry for the guy. The breakfast lady was the only one that could spray waffle iron. It was such a mess it was almost funny. I would still stay there again, but if customer service is important to you, this is not your place.

Michelle was great at the front desk. Rooms are clean and stocked with all the essentials. I always stay here on my way to SC from Florida and I’m never disappointed. Definitely recommend

The front desk person was taking a break when I arrived, so I had to wait several minutes to check in. The property is in OK condition, but not great. The bathroom is small and there's no shelf or counter top to put toiletries. There is a standard free breakfast. The hotel is right off Rt 95, so is very convenient for travelers.
