The staff was friendly. Parking was easy. The AC/heat worked great. The kitchen was lacking knives and basic cooking items, and had no dishwasher. There was a coffee maker, but were no filters. The room was VERY sparse. No rugs, no throw blankets, old decor, small TV in an awkward spot. There was no place in the bathroom to put toiletries--just a small pedestal sink with no counter. The place felt and smelled like a cheap hotel. I think other units may be better as each unit seems to be individually owned, so I would ask more questions before just booking any room.

The room needed serious renovation. The kitchen was poorly equiped. If you plan on cooking, you will need to bring (or buy) all the basic ingredients such as salt and pepper, oil, vinegar, ketchup etc.... There was not even a pen or a pair of scissors. We chose a one bedroom appartment with ocean view, but you cannot see the ocean since you are at the first floor and the view is completely obstructed. So, don't waste your money on a ocean view! I would not recommend this place except for the location next to Driftwood Beach.

When we checked in. We discovered we were in an upstairs apartment, a mini villa. I begged for a switch to bottom floor & stated i would pay the difference. They would not budge. The place was nearly empty. They must hate people that book on your site. We are older, the stairs are steep and it would have been nice to know in the description.

Everything was wonderful - except for the night shift lady! She just didn't want to be there! Everyone else we encountered was super nice and it was a great time. A couple of the rooms were a little outdated but that's to be expected with private owned villas. We were there for my daughter's wedding and overall, it was fabulous.

Room was exactly as advertised. It was nice, clean and modern. The restaurant was a real surprise. We were in town for the shrimp & grits festival but the best S&G we had was at the hotels restaurant.

The evening gentleman at check in was great! Very informative and kind. The food in their restaurant was wonderful and outstanding service by our waiter Angel! I really liked him! So much to do around the area and so many beautiful beaches. The villa we stayed in was clean except for the blue pill my grandson found and gave to me. Luckily he knew to do that so his little brother was safe.
