This was by far our favorite hotel on our trip. The rooms, shared spaces and meals were all fabulous. We had all our meals at the hotel, would definitely return and have already recommended it to our friends. Loved it.

Our stay at The Victoria was AMAZING! Immediately greeted by a kind receptionist who took the time to personally connect with us. A beautiful room, great breakfast included, beautiful and clean bathroom! The one downside is no A/C for us Americans, but it did not take away from our experience at all. Staying at the beautiful Victoria is an experience not to be missed! I found the staff welcoming and attentive , the rooms and common areas beautifully appointed and comfortable and the meals varied and delicious from their breakfasts to lunch or dinner at the Ivy, their wonderful Michelin star restaurant . The staff and service were fantastic and really made us feel welcome and as though nothing was too much trouble. The facilities slightly let the hotel down. The ‘Suite’ with a separate seating area had a small dark alcove with 2 uncomfortable chairs in it which was not worth the additional room rate charge. There were tea bags but no kettle, the chocolates and biscuits for the coffee were not refilled after arrival. And only 2 coffee pods were provided (there were caramel and decaf coffee but only 2 normal coffee) Also the TV channels were very limited and the remote control buttons didn’t work properly which was very frustrating. The overall stay was good but it was constantly overshadowed by little irritations which I would not expect from a hotel of this grade.
