Killarney View House was a lovely spot with great ownership. The B&B was just outside of town but still walkable into downtown Killarney. The breakfast was great and a sitting room with fireplace was lovely. Definitely recommend if you’re staying in Killarney.

This was a beautiful place to stay! Scenic views from our windows, clean facility, so easy to walk to anything in Killarney. We had a great stay at this bed and breakfast. Very close and walkable to many establishments. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Could use some improvements in the rooms- such as more towels and there were glasses for water, but no water that I saw available to get it. The property was built in 1980 and the room allocated had not really received any upgrade since construction. The room felt miserable. The missing tea tray was provided on request but clearly not all residents asked. The rooms illustrated on the marketing material appeared quite superior with little variance in price to what we paid. The marketing material also shows people enjoying a drink in the lounge although this was forbidden. The breakfast was good and breakfast staff cheerful. The overall experience felt mean at Killarney prices.

So this property is in bad need of a renovation. The carpets of the rooms looks like they’re from the 70s. Still, the doors are very old as well. The windows were rickity and there was construction next door with heavy machinery creating a lot of noise. In the end, we did not stay here. We did ask to cancel and for a refund, but we’ve heard nothing back from the management. My recommendation is find somewhere else to stay.

We were very disappointed with this accommodation the room was extremely small you could barely move the bathroom door wouldn’t close it had a gap no window covering on the window so the light came in the whole time. The curtains in the room would barely close the noise from the street and people delivering things in the morning very noisy The bed was so soft it was like a bouncy castle No where to put any luggage because the room was so small I would definitely say miss this accommodation there is plenty more places in Killarney
