No towel service the room smelled. The pool area very unsafe fell coming out of the pool. Reported it to the main desk just asked if I was ok seemed not to bothered with it will never sat again

Sea Ranch Resort was great value for the cost. We basically had our own apartment and could come and go as we please. The staff was super kind and available. There is a great restaurant on the premises if you’re too tired to go out after a long day at the beach.Try to get an ocean view if you can. It’s worth it! The washers and dryers in the units work great! The property is mildly run down, but again, we had everything we needed, and if there are issues, the staff is extremely friendly and responsive. I do wish they had smart TV capability instead of DIRECTV, but it was a minor annoyance. Because of this little resort, we were able to have a fantastic vacation we could afford. Many thanks to the staff.
Like hiking? Go to nearby Nags Head Woods. Absolutely amazing spot.

Beachfront room was excellent. Restaurant server Trish at Bistro was awesome. We were told the pool would be closed some of our stay but we saw people in it everyday, so not sure what was up with that. Younger guy at front desk (Anthony) was friendly; other people were not necessarily rude, but not as open/nice.

The staff was very friendly, and the food and drinks at the onsite restaurant were very good. Being right on the beach were the best features. There is no maid service though, and you will need to go to the front desk for any supplies.

The hotel overall was clean . My room did have a musty smell & had trouble with tv remote. Front desk staff were friendly & helpful. The restaurant served good food & wait staff were nice too. The location was near but off the main highway. So it’s close to activities, shopping & restaurants. Hotel is connected to a pathway to the beach.

The lock to the balcony didn’t work, the elevator was out, and there was hair in the bathtub that wasn’t mine. There was work being done on scaffolding in front of my room while I was there. Other than that, the view was beautiful and the location convenient.

This is a amazing oceanfront property!!! We got upgraded, it is the shoulder season, to a condo oceanviews. The condo was like a small apartment with all the amenities, beautiful oceanviews & dolphins everyday. Clean, comfortable friendly staff
