Tres Bien is oceanfront on the 3rd level on the north corner of this upscale condo community. This 'flat' has 3 bedrooms (2 King bedrooms and 1 bedroom with a duo bunk) and 3 baths. The kitchen has granite countertops, and stainless appliances and is well-stocked for the cook in the group! The dining table seats six and the kitchen bar will seat three. The large oceanfront deck has an excellent view of the ocean! Amenities at the beautiful Croatan Surf Club include an outdoor pool area with a spa, a spray ground for the kids, an indoor heated pool and spa, and an exercise room. A private walkway to the beach makes the ocean access so easy. Enjoy relaxing on the oceanfront gazebo enjoying the morning coffee or afternoon beverage of your choice. Covered parking, 3 elevators. Washer/dryer. TVs in all bedrooms. WIFI. No Smoking. No Pets.
