Legally zoned vacation rental unit. We are completely hands on and have been in the business since 2008. Communications will be directly with us and we operate with a valid State of Hawaii license 091-649-8432-01.

A new 55 inch Smart TV and split AC system just installed! Recently added new bed and furniture.

This is a completely upgraded 1 bedroom 1 bath unit with an open kitchen and 2 air conditioning units. A new split AC system was just installed in the living room. It includes stainless appliances, granite counter tops, bamboo floors and a walk in shower. Our unit is of typical size for a 1 bedroom in Kihei. It's very clean and cozy and is decorated in island style. This unit is painted with neutral colors and is a very homey and comfortable unit - fully furnished with a brand new bed and brand new queen sleeper sofa with a 5-in gel/memory foam mattress. It is a spacious unit with large windows opening up to the lanai.

The ocean and beach are only steps from our front door from which you may watch amazingly beautiful sunsets. Our beach is great for running, walking, strolling, kayaking, paddle boarding, kitesurfing, watching sunsets and sunrises. We are also within very close walking distance to very popular bars, shops and restaurants. This is a beautifully maintained property and a very quiet resort complex, which will allow for a great vacation and peace of mind.

You will have fabulous accommodations with 2 A/C units in the living area and the bedroom, a brand new medium-firm queen bed, new queen sleeper sofa, twin air mattress ceiling fans, televisions, bikes, beach gear, WiFi, cable television, and a fully-equipped kitchen. In addition to a free WELCOME BASKET that includes a bag of coffee and other Hawaiian snacks.

This bottom floor, 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit has a nice living room and a big sliding glass door that overlooks the fabulous lanai area. A 55 inch Smart TV and a new split AC system has just been added! You will enjoy a large lawn, palm trees and the sweet smell of fresh blooms. We are steps to the pool, hot tub and barbeque areas. Enjoy a meal or a cocktail from the lanai. In addition, Times Supermarket, Safeway and Foodland are right down the street from our unit. Should you want to eat out, it is an easy walk to restaurants and bars. Beach gear is subject to a lot of wear and tear and is replaced on an as needed basis. We cannot always guarantee the existence, condition, functionality, size, etc. as some guests break, lose or take our equipment and do not replace it. We no longer replace bicycle tubes as our guests do not replace them when they pop. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

***At any time, there may be maintenance going on at or near the property. Condos in Maui are old and are always in need of repairs and maintenance. We cannot control such activity. However, we will inform guests as we are notified of any potential disturbances.
