It’s actually a bit too south. If you need to go to Lahaina, north part of Maui such as Sunday Market or road to Hana, the location is not as convenient as Kihei and the cost is relatively high. Secondly, if not facing pool, it’s too noisy if you are easily woken up. Other than these two, the hotel itself is really nice and beautiful. You can even see green plants in the mirror, which really light up my mind when dressing up.

Loved the AC hotel! Gorgeous hotel with a great hotel, jacuzzi, and pool bar. The food at Kai was extremely good. Staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. Nearby coffee shops and other restaurants that you could walk to. You can walk down to the beach in about 20 mins. The parking is $35 a day at the hotel.

La recepcionista del hotel fue muy poco profesional y desatenta.No nos brindó información sobre el hotel,apenas nos miró a la cara.Nunca saludaba cuando llegábamos.En la habitación la limpieza se limitaba a hacer la cama.Los vasos q se usaban no los lavaron nunca y el jabon solo nos pusieron el día q entramos nunca más nos repusieron en 4 días q estuvimos.Para mí no corresponde la atención con el precio.El día q arríbamos el botone del hotel se escondió para no ayudarnos con las maletas lo cual tuvimos q hacer por nosotros mismos.Demasiado costoso para una atención mediocre.
