Staff at the desk was great. Hotel itself is the worst I've ever stayed at.. Door didn't latch, hot tub didn't work, cable was out for only my tv, something gross looking stuck to rim of toilet, and room stunk. Not sure how it got so many hi reviews. And pictures looked nothing like the room I got. I booked because of that and was shocked when I got there. Would never stay there again.

Our rooms were not very clean, vanity sink didn’t drain, no extra toilet paper and key card would not work! We stayed 3 nights and the breakfast was the very same thing every day. We had 3 rooms that were off the main building. I would be curious to know what the rooms were like in the main building.

We stayed 5 days and they did not change 1 thing on the breakfast. The eggs were watery and the sausage was pale like it had been boiled. The biscuits barely warm. You had to ask for toilet paper, there were no spare rolls. The tiny soaps were a joke. They were like single use, actually you needed 2 at a time to get any lather. The towels were odd also. The hand towels were kitchen towels. They advertised a pool and hot tub. But when we arrived said it was closed bc of an incident with the city water. But said it ahould be open in a day or 2. I asked again after day 2 and it seemed they were doing nothing to open the pool. Big disappointment for our daughter and her friend. I would not stay here again nor recommend it.
