Lovely hotel can’t complain about anything really apart from maybe put hairdryers in room but room was nice and clean. Nice food, not very busy so can’t comment on how it fairs when busy but staff bent over backwards and very friendly so I would say they would most likely be the same if busy. Would stay again if in the area.

Had a 2 night stay at the hotel in an Executive suite. The reception staff were very warm and welcoming & helpful. It was a business stay on a Friday and Saturday. Parking was good directly outside. Spacious room, very clean and tidy- the bed was absolutely huge and so comfortable it was very luxurious to sleep in after a hard days work. There was a beautiful wedding on at the hotel and looked so beautiful and glamorous, it was lovely to see. Very much enjoyed the stay & would definitely stay again. Reception looks modern and clean. And the staff both checking in and out were friendly and welcoming. The room however was dated and the bathroom needs work due to cracked grouting, mould in the shower and just generally tired looking. The bed was very springy but we appreciate they added an extra for my child for the booking.

Staff have been cut to a minimum so often had to wait at reception for ages. The receptionist also seemed to be running the bar! The room was a great size (executive room) bit things were falling apart or not working. Tried a meal on Friday night but the (microwaved) fish and chips was uncooked inside. Got a refund and left. Plenty of potential but needs refurbishing and more staff. Also confusing: is this Ramada or Riverside?
