It was convenient to major road ways. But, we did not like it for .. the trash in the hallway trashcans were over flowing and was sitting there for 2 days. And the furniture in our room was terribly stained. It was not worth the money we spent. Your front desk was nice and did their job great!

Room not available. Reservation not held.

Upon arrival we were told that my hotels.com reservation would not be honored. They only had one name on the reservation and I had booked 2 seperate rooms. Somehow only my reservation was still on hold but it was a different room. Luckily it was 2 double beds instead of 2 seperate only king bedrooms. Not sure what was charged, but I would like a refund our credit on hotels.com for the aggrevation and embarrassment that I experienced.
