I have visited more than 40 countries and stayed in more than 100 5 star hotels and I assure you this is the worst ever First of all the staff is not helpful and the management don’t care (you have to ask them several times to get things done even very basic things such as changing towels or getting a cup of tea) Secondly, rooms are not clean (dirty towels and blankets..) Third the breakfast is really poor and the service is very poor Overall we have wasted 5 nights asking for clean blankets and hot milk for the kids

Wonderful resort with great staff. Right on the beach on a gorgeous bay, so tranquil. Lovely to be able to walk to the St Regis next door too for some drinks and dinner too. Would totally recommend this hotel.
