better facilities in room

Pros: The staff. Very helpful, friendly. They have a resident cat at reception which I like cos I love cats
Cons: No tissue in room, get 3 in 1 coffee only. Shld have tea too. No microwave for an apartment. Can do with a refurbishment for the rooms
