The property is in a beautiful location, with lake views and access. You can see they are in the process of updating and renovating, and when this is complete, it will be amazing for sure! The staff were very efficient and friendly, cabin was clean, no complaints there for sure. I would have appreciated knowing before getting there that you needed to provide your own towels and others shower essentials. That being said they were very kind and offered us some clean towels they did have on hand for that use, or you could purchase a new towel. I did not see anything about this when booking or after in any communication, unless I missed it, but still can’t see it after searching same. The bedding on beds was fine and clean. So in the end, all good, we enjoyed our stay, but communication beforehand would have been nice. Couldn’t find any info on checkout procedures and we were leaving early in the morning, so we simply left the cabin keys on the table and left, hoping that was sufficient. We could not get the tv to operate at all, so an instruction sheet would have been helpful for that as well. That all being said, it was reasonably priced and I would return, but would know the right questions to ask next time😊

Good accommodations for a fishing trip. If you are looking for areas to swim or a beach you have to drive to Bobcaygeon.

We chose the cottage for the convenience of being close to the water. We had a nice stay but the cottage was quite dated, in need of repairs. (Looks like they are in the process of upgrading some of the rooms). The office manager, Steve, is awesome! We didn't know they didnt supply towels so he helped us out. If you like having a top sheet on your bed (I do), bring one from home. Also, there are 2 coffee makers with filters, but you'll need to bring coffee. Overall, we didnt select this accommodation worrying about the room; we had a great stay - very relaxing. We went into the neighboring city of Lindsay for a nice meal.

Wonderful area and very practical. I was charged extra for my dog that i was not aware of. Bring your own towels and coffee filters. Even though i stayed 3 nights there were only 3 coffee filters. I drink more than one coffee a day.

Very quiet and nice. New owners are cleaning it up and doing a good job. But needs a bit more love. Would have liked some form of light at the end of the docks to see them comong in at night. But good facilities none the less. We had a bee problem in our cottage but the cottage was clean and lots of updates

This property is perfect if your looking for a reasonably priced stay that is located directly on the water. We stayed in cottage#2 and the place has been recently renovated with very comfy beds and ac in every rm. If you want to pay 3 star prices but want 5 star amenities this place isn't for you but your okay with 3 star value this place hits it out of the park. note swimming is an issue with all the weeds

We enjoyed our stay very much. Will definitely go back. Local sites plentiful. Great fishing opportunities. The cottage itself was clean and comfortable. Staff were very frienfly. My only suggestion would be to stock more "everyday" necessities such as tea bags, coffee, milk in your store. Also the couch in the cottsge we stayed in, #7, could be a little higher. Very difficult to get out of for an older person.

The actual cottage was nice-very small but suited our purposes just fine. The cottage itself was very clean and it was great that we could bring our dog. What wasn't nice was there was piles of dog poop from other guests and the people running it clearly don't pick up after guests who don't pick up after their dogs. Also, the place doubles as a junk yard for trailers and all kinds of metal garbage. Still though we enjoyed our stay and liked that we had a little deck to sit on outside of the cottage. The owners should also think of dealing with all the goose poo on the dock and grass.
