This was my second time staying at this property. The first time was lovely. The second time was not as great. We arrived for our check in early, around 3:30pm and the room was not ready. They told us it would be ready in 15 minutes so we decided to go eat something. After eating, we called the hotel and asked if our room was ready. This was about 4:30pm. The person on the room replied “ummm, hold on” and after putting us on hold told us our room would be ready in 15 minutes. We weren’t able to check into our room until about 5:30pm, a whole hour and a half after check-in. After this our stay was uneventful until I decided to do a quick load of laundry the night before leaving. After having my clothes in the dryer for about 45 minutes, I check on them and they were still soaking wet. I tried another setting and they were still wet after another half hour in the dryer. As it was late I had to lay out my clothes and pack them still damp the next morning.
