La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lakeland West
Location was excellent but property needs some major cleaning and updating. Rooms are large but musty. Our shower/tub was nasty. Mattress and pillows horrible!!!!! Breakfast was decently good. Did not use the pool or the small gym we saw.

First room I was in, the door was warped and had a noticeable gap. Not good if you’re worried about little critters getting in. Second room was better, but had a moldy smell in it.
