Great spacious room. Big bath’s temperature ( share space) was too cold. That was bit disappointed. Kitchen have sink. Hard to walk so we left dishes.

部屋はきれいてしたが、 風呂のタイルの端々にカビが生えていて、 清潔さに欠け、リラックス出来なかった。 水周りの掃除をきちんとやってほしい。 シャワーヘッドが小さく、当たる箇所は痛いほど強い反面、シャワーが当たる面積が小さいため洗い流すのに時間がかかる感あり、風呂場も寒かったので、余計ち辛かった。 風呂設備を新しくした方がよい。 館内の什器は紙コップのみだったが、 それ用のゴミ箱が見当たらす、戸惑いました。 コーヒーや お茶を飲むのに、 普通のカップくらいはあって欲しいです。 あた、 朝食なし、に変わっていて、 エクスペディアの画面案内と内容が違っていて、朝食 目当てに予約したのに、 ショックでした。

家族5人で宿泊しましたが充分な広さのお部屋で周辺が別荘地？な事もあり静かでとても快適に過ごせました。 朝食は「いこい山荘」での食事で少し移動が必要でしたが、雨が降っていた事もあり車で向かうと数台の駐車スペースがあり傘を持ってなかった私達にはとても助かりました。 パンも野菜もたっぷりで美味しかったです。 お部屋に洗濯機が設置されていたのもとても助かりました。

非常整潔，房間內有有門隔開的獨立和室，使團體或家庭旅行仍可保持私穩。有免費的公共浴池，也很整潔。有毛巾、浴衣。公共空間很大，有一個很大的後院，窗戶看出去很舒適，尤其我們住那晚有下雪，雪景很漂亮。房間質素沒話說。 服務也很好，入住和退房當日可接送至中輕井澤站。碗盤也會幫忙洗。 唯一缺點是位置不太方便，附近只有在中輕井澤車站、樹榆小鎮、星野溫泉有食肆，都要走15-20 分鐘。走10分鐘有一家7-11。有一輛公車可坐到輕井澤站，但一小時只有一班車。另一選擇是走路去中輕井澤坐公車。去王子大飯店滑雪，交通連走路全程需要大約45分鐘。另外要注意中輕井澤往輕井澤的列車也是一小時一班左右。

良い点 館内に素敵な現代アートが飾ってあり、購入可能 広くて明るく、Free Wifiやコンセント、コピー機に裁断機まであるワーケーションスペース 元テニスコートの庭は半分はグランピンク施設に占領されているがバドミントンくらいはできる 朝食のサンドイッチが美味しく、テラスで食べれる ベッドがシモンズのマット 共同浴室が客室から近いし、ポーラのアメニティが充実 デロンギのコーヒーメーカーのコーヒーが飲み放題 夕食が姉妹施設のいこい山荘やBBQと色々ある 近くの土屋乗馬クラブで乗馬もできる 近くに遊具が多少ある公園あり バルコニーが爽やか 洋室には冷蔵庫、小さなテーブルと椅子二つある スタッフさんがフレンドリー 改善点 コーヒーメーカーが豆切れのことが多い(スタッフさんにいえば補充してくれた) 和の間以外のワーケーションスペースの照明がやや暗い 朝食、夕食に子供メニューがない(値段というより量が多くて残すのがしのびない)
