This very nice home is in a fantastic location between the Mauna Lani and Fairmont Orchid resorts. The home has amazing ocean and sunset views, a beautiful lanai, a great screening room and Hawaiian-inspired interiors. The AC is by zone and has some quirks that some might find problematic, and the shower heads all need replacing. The overly complicated lighting controls may annoy some guests too. I would also note that there are 2 slick stairs from the lanai to the pool that require extra caution.

The furnishings and decor in the house are top notch. Very clean and everything was is great working order. The house was well stocked for cooking and everyday living. Great communication with the host and was very accommodating. Would definitely book this house on next trip, 5 stars all the way around.

Gorgeous House in Superb Location

The house is in a beautifully landscaped neighborhood. The proximity to Muana Lani Beach Club (with Napua Restaurant) and the Pauoa Beach club (walking distance) make it the perfect location. The house itself is architecturally a work of art. My only caveat is that the twin bedroom room for children is separated from the rest of the house by two stone staircases. Our children could not sleep there for safety reasons and monitors did not reach. We greatly enjoyed the pool area and spa and feel the house was a major part of our vacation enjoyment.
