Great for longer stays! We supply reliable internet/wi-fi, a desk and comfortable office chair, and large monitor that makes our condo an ideal remote working location.

Our spacious 2 bed 3 bath condo has ocean views, not only from our huge wrap around lanai, but while sitting on the couch in the living room. Situated on the third floor of a clean and well maintained complex, our unit is on the quiet side of the building away from parking and pool noise and easily accessible from the elevator.


Both of the spacious bedrooms have brand new wood floors, a king size bed, with newer very comfortable mattresses and a full on-suite bathroom. Two additional guests can get sleep comfortably on the queen size cabinet murphy bed with premium mattress in the living room. With 3 full bathrooms, unlike most condos, it won't take forever to get ready for dinner after a day at the beach, pool, or sight seeing. Brand new full size washer and dryer make it easy to manage your laundry.

A full size, updated well-stocked kitchen with dishwasher, stove with convection oven, and full size microwave makes meals in the condo a breeze. Coffee on the lanai watching the boats pass by is a great start to the day. At the end of the day you can relax and enjoy dinner or drinks on the lanai and watch for the green flash as the sun sets on the ocean.


Our condo is in an excellent location. Its a 4 minute walk to Kona's best boogie board beach, Honl's, and just a five minute walk to downtown Kona and some of the best restaurants in the area or the luau at the Royal Kona. If you have a car you can use our free 2 car parking slot near the elevator in the condo’s garage.

The views are amazing, all of the pictures in this listing are taken either from the lanai or living room. You can see the ocean from the living room couch. During the right time of year you can see gorgeous sunsets and jumping whales without even leaving the unit. Looking the other direction you can see Hualalai volcano. The pink glowing sky and singing birds in the early morning are worth waking up for.

We supply a lot of beach accessories including coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas and towels, boogie boards and and snorkeling gear. Sizes, quantity and styles of the beach gear are not guaranteed and changes frequently.

For guests travelling with children, please be sure to read the house rules document. Our pool is shared with full time residents and they frown upon a lot of noise and disturbances, and there are no pool toys allowed. We've had many guests with children who have had wonderful stays but a few comments from guests who felt the rules were a bit too restrictive for some.
