Every inch of the condo is brand new, the space is light and airy, professionally designed in a way that you will surely fall in love and want to come back time and time again.

Coastal California meets tropical Florida in this modern luxury stay. The condo is on the 2nd floor, up one flight of stairs, and with a private balcony with a partial view of the ocean. There are 2 spacious bedrooms, both with private en-suite bathrooms, an exquisite fully-equipped kitchen with all new features and fixtures, a beautifully designed living room space, and ample dining areas. Just a couple of steps to the alluring beach, and to Pelican Lake which has a beautiful park and is surrounded by sidewalks and gazebos.

The Space

ENTRY
Upon entry, you are welcomed by an oversized Studio McGee natural woven rattan mirror. A light oak and rattan console table sits beneath a colorful custom-sized Katie Herman "Happy Places" print, and fun Florida books. Under the console lies a cane rattan basket filled with 100% Turkish cotton beach towels.

PRIMARY SUITE
The primary bedroom suite is coastal "Serena & Lily" inspired. The king bed is a mango wood platform bed with a woven cane head and footboard in a natural finish, topped with a LUCID aloe gel memory foam mattress and 100% luxurious cotton linens. The bed sits on a coastal SAFAVIEH blue indoor/ outdoor rug, there are 2 white-finished end tables, porcelain glass lamps, a modern white dresser topped with a soft-blue ceramic lamp, USB ports, luggage racks, a 32" Fire TV, and closet space. The room has a sliding door to a private balcony with a partial sea view, which brings in beautiful natural light, and blackout curtains. The bedroom and en-suite bathroom are thoughtfully decorated with large mirrors and coastal artwork. The bed is dressed in a Deauville striped cotton blanket in three blue hues and soft blue throw pillows.

2ND BEDROOM
This surfside-themed bedroom is a great space for kids/ or teens. The bedroom has two contemporary-designed twin platform beds imported from Scandinavia. The beds are topped with LUCID aloe gel memory foam mattresses, and luxurious hotel-quality cotton linens, and topped with jute-woven two-toned blue pillows. There is an elegant molding design white dresser with gold knobs, that sits under a 32" Fire TV and a Tommy Bahama roped gold table lamp. A white and cane oversized end table sits between the beds, topped with a porcelain light blue lamp. There is a USB port, closet space, luggage rack, and beautiful bamboo round mirror. The room and en-suite bathroom are decorated with surf and beach-inspired artwork.

THE LIVING ROOM
This designer living room is an open space for family and friends to share conversation, play "Florida-poly" or the Gray Malin Backgammon board, read an array of coastal and tropical books, or enjoy your favorite shows on the large 65" TV. The furnishing is a mix of woven rattan and coastal elegance. Upon the Tucson oriental hand-woven area rug, is a large queen sleeper sofa with a comfortable memory foam mattress and luxurious 100% cotton linens and a white quilt. There are 2 swivel rattan armchairs for easy viewing of the whole space, a Tommy Bahamas oven rope gold standing lamp, and a natural rattan coffee table with an elegant design topped with Gray Malin beach-inspired coffee table books. The sheer draped sliding doors open to a balcony with a Rattan bistro set, and a partial view of the sea. A unique feature is the massive surf-inspired artwork above the sofa, and the wide windows bringing in natural radiant lighting.

DINING AREAS

The modern white table seats 4 for intimate dining, There are 4 natural cane dining chairs to add to that coastal flair and an impressively large round rattan "sun" mirror that centers over the dining table. There are 5 sky-blue rattan bar stools at the impressively large quartz kitchen counter. The kitchen also has a kitchen nook with 2 upholstered rattan and cane benches, a modern contemporary white round table, and a decorative Fiddle tree, which sits alongside a surf-scene art piece.

THE KITCHEN
A beautifully designed spacious and modern kitchen with white shaker cabinets, marbled quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, ice maker and fully equipped with everything you need to serve 6 - 8 guests. Enjoy filter coffee or pod with the Hamilton Beach FlexBrew Trio 2-Way Coffee Maker, brew some tea using the Rae Dunn kettle, or enjoy other appliances such as the Cuisinart toaster, Hamilton Beach Wave Crush blender, and Mueller hand mixer. Kids can use the Wheatstraw dinner service. This kitchen is designed for anyone who loves to cook and entertain.

LAUNDRY ROOM
There is a small laundry room with a stacked washer/ dryer and an iron and ironing board. We provide all the detergents you need.

THE EXTRAS
There are 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a beach cooler tote bag for the beach. Our guests can enjoy mini NEST shampoo, conditioner, shower, gel, and body cream. Our linens and towels are hotel-quality cotton. We provide free high-speed WIFI internet. There is a propane NEXTGRILL located at the back of the building for Apartments 2 and 3 to share. Grill utensils are provided in the unit.

Things to Note:

UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTOCOPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK.

WE REQUIRE A COPY OF ALL ADULT DRIVER'S LICENSES.

-ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, NO SMOKING / DRUGS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING HOOKAH IS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9 PM - 8 AM.

- No unauthorized guests other than those listed on the booking. Should you wish to have guests visit, it must be communicated with the hosts and pre-approved.

- We have a minimum age requirement of 28y/o to be able to book the property.

- Check-in starts from 4 PM - 10 PM ONLY.

- We don't allow pets at the condo, and the beach is a pet-free beach.

- There is a RING Doorbell camera at the front door entrance, the front of the building facing the parking, and the back of the building. This is for the security of our guests.

- Please park in the designated parking spot for the condo unit. It allows for one car, and additional cars can use the street parking.
