Last night, upon returning from the store, I discovered that an unauthorized individual had been given a key to my room. This person was present in my room upon my arrival. Additionally, I did not receive any prior notification or phone call to seek permission to grant access to this individual.

The room and bathroom were neat as a pin, the breakfast was great, good location, comfortable bed. My only beef is that my sleep was interrupted by noises during the night, and around 7 a.m. a beeping alarm on the other side of the wall by my headboard started in and went on for a long time, maybe half an our, before someone finally shut it off. Some soundproofing would help people get a good night’s sleep. I woke up groggy.

Office manager Aumee (spelling?) gave me exceptional service when she doggedly stayed on the phone with Expedia to allow refund for the last night of my stay. I also enjoyed a comfortable room, friendly staff and an excellent breakfast every morning.

From stranding, the bathtub looks ok. Sit on the toilet or in the bath, though - and you will see the mold under the lower plastic panels of the tub surround. Not to mention that the toilet area is so small that you can’t sit on the toilet and open the door. We were in 323.
