Excellent friendly staff

Hotel was immaculate in cleanliness and all staff went overboard with friendliness and hospitality. We actually stayed on our way back through the area on way home due to the cheery and caring staff. My brother has Parkinson's and, both stays, the staff offered a wheelchair both stays. (His w/c was under much luggage, etc.) We used his walker but the w/c was welcomed by the evening. The desk staff, breakfast staff and household maintenance staff members were excellent at making us feel welcome!

Delightful stay!

It was like coming into a friend's home. Staff excelled at hospitality especially Star who was the receptionist. She was so pleasant and helpful. Her cheerfulness and admission of her love for her job was so welcoming. Another staff member was the breakfast room person...Sally???? She again was very cheerful and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The entrance was very inviting with the staircase, fireplace, and elegant chairs and table. Staying at a Country Inn & Suites has never disappointed but this staff made this one memorable !!!

They charge you an additional $100 non-smoking deposit (basically double since we only stayed 1 night, that was a fun surprise at check in) and they refund it 5-7 days later. Bed was hard, pillows were flat. Had to change rooms because our tv didn’t work. Breakfast was good. Girl at the front desk was nice and helpful.

I don't know if I can say Ive had that type of service at a hotel in a long time. Star is genuinely pleasant and genuinely wants to ensure guests have a pleasant relaxing stress free stay. I only spent a tiny amount of time with Michelle but she was super helpful too. I dont really expect much from hospitality these days as customer service has declined drastically. If Star and Michelle could travel the country to train others how to provide a pleasant experience for guests it would be beneficial and give people reasons to seek out your brand. Thank you
