Rooms were huge compared to other local hotels. It was cold and snowy but the room was warm and the shower was hot. Everything was clean. No management on sight overnight, so there were some rowdy people there who were less courteous about quiet hours than we would have liked.

Easy check-in, polite staff, room was clean, and the complimentary water and some coffee/tea/sugar were definitely nice to have. We liked our all-wood room and would stay again. The thermostat/AC noise was very disturbing to sleep through though.

Staff are very friendly. Room is clean, spacious (we had two queen bed room,) and the wooden wall and ceiling feel great. Good restaurant choices within several miles. This is always our first choice when skiing at Seven Springs. In heavy snow days, the road between the lodge and Seven Springs resort gets maintained very quickly and frequently so it was not a problem as long as one drives cautiously.
