Room was clean. Staff was great. There was frustration with not being able to get a guarantee that no "service" pets were in the room before me. Why cant you keep "service" pets off certain floor to help people with sever allergies?

I grew up in this area and this is by far the nicest hotel in the entire Johnstown/Somerset area. It is extremely clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and it is the perfect location if visiting the area. I always stay here when I visit family.

Perfect! Room was clean, check-in was a breeze, staff was very courteous and accommodating (I forgot toothpaste and they provided), beds and pillows were soft and comfy, and I definitely enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Keep up the good work!
