Inside, you will enjoy this newly remodeled Family & Business Friendly space nestled in the heart of Joliet's Historic District. Relax in all 1400 sq.ft. that looks out directly at the Cathedral Bell Tower. Inside you will find a large dining area with a beautiful, modern chandelier. To the right is an office desk with an LED desk lamp and extra outlets for your laptop and cell phone. Around the corner is a relaxing living area with a wall mounted 50" HDTV providing over 100+ channels, and many other popular networks while resting on a large comfy couch, lounge chair and coffee table.
Travel to the other end of the apartment, you will pass 2 bedrooms and a beautiful tiled and upgraded full bathroom. Further down the wide hallway opens up to a beautiful granite counter top kitchen. Here you will see an industrial sink and faucet, slow close drawers and lots of cabinet space. This kitchen is equipped to cover all the basics from a simple cup of coffee to everything you need to cook a full family meal. Lastly, the 3rd bedroom is across from the kitchen and has a Master bathroom.
We put in all the things we would like in a relaxing home away from home into this space. We truly hope you enjoy our "Belltower Haven" as much as we did creating it for you! :-)

Nice place, maybe not great for people with noisy kids

So our stay was good but we went on new years and our kids were a little excited about watching the ball drop. We got a complaint for being to noisy. I don't think we'd stay again for that reason alone. Having to make sure you're quiet for the people down stairs was kind of annoying to be honest.

Family visit to Chicago area

The unit was very spacious. It was clean, and well taken care of. Well stocked with all the things you would need. Easy to find and loved the van parked right outside unit and in a driveway. He communicated well and checked on us during our week stay. We would definitely stay here again.

This apartment was clean, nicely renovated and decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed with a nice dining space to accommodate our 7 person family. The spacious living room allowed us to spread out. It is in walking distance to many local restaurants/businesses. The host was friendly and easy to contact.

Great Home Base for a Visit with Family!

The apartment is clean, just as shown in the listing photos, and very well appointed with all the things you might want or need during your stay! The check-in, parking, and check-out instructions were clear and communicated promptly. James was an attentive host who made sure all of our questions were answered and that we had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. This was a perfect home base as we visited family in the area. Space enough for a family of five and the TVs in each room were a big hit! Would definitely stay here again on future visits to the area.

Perfect Location for Our Family Vacation

We booked our stay with James nearly a year out, James was accommodating and prompt with date changes as we finalized our trip. Communication was great and timely. When we asked about grocery stores and other retail stores nearby James provided us with several options. The location was perfect for our stay as we had a couple meetings in Joliet but wanted to spend several days in Chicago. The property was clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend staying with James if you are traveling to Joliet.

The property worked out great. We had 5 adults and a one year old. We were able to enjoy family time together, prepare some simple meals and have the one year old asleep in one of the bedrooms Our unit was upstairs and I just don’t remember the stairs being mentioned

Loved it!!

This was my first time booking this home and definitely will not be the last. My family and I stayed for 4 days. The homeowner of this beautiful home was very responsive and friendly. Ideal! Clean, spacious & well furnished!

James was a great communicator. The apartment was well furnished, immaculately clean, spacious & comfortable. This trip was just for me, but multiple couples or a family would be comfortable there. The parking places might require you to back out onto the street but the low traffic allows this safely. I will make this listing my first choice next time I go back to Joliet.

Enjoyable Stay

Very clean and well appointed, but lacked adequate furniture. Not enough living room seating or bedroom furniture. It’s fine if only there for a day or two but can be challenging if there longer. Also would have liked a dead bolt at front door or a lock on door leading into apt. Owner super nice and helpful and very responsive.
