Room wasn’t clean, including shower and towels also floors, door lock was not working had to wait outside freezing temperature until someone comes and opens the door for me. Smells bad. The whole building need complete renovation feels like 70s.

The chemical smell was overwhelming in the room, which was in such disrepair. I was shocked they tried to put a guest in it. I had to leave and find alternative arrangements.
